I am happy to say that etsy seems to have fixed the SEO problems and I have to say I am very happy. After reading the forum threads and hearing such frustration from so many sellers it is nice to know things have taken a positive turn. Change can sometimes seem so cruel but it can and usually is a good thing. I have loved etsy since joining and I still do. Although I have a huge managerie of items to list in my shop (as I have been lazy and doing way more shopping than I should on etsy!) I enjoy the forums, visiting all of the many artists whose work is represented there. You can take a journey to just about anywhere by perusing and enjoying all of the wonderful art on etsy. It's amazing.
If you don't know about etsy, drop on by. I can promise you a mini-faraway trip to just about anyplace in the world through the eyes of many talented and imaginative artists through the pages of etsy.

Bonanzle is an awesome new website! Great ebay alternative!
This bonanzle is growing and is awesome! Check out my booth there if you wish. It costs NOTHING to list items for sale and only a small fee when an item sells! I see this as an awesome alternative to ebay where you pay fees just to list an item. People are joining bonanzle.com in impressive numbers. Listing is as easy as it gets and the folks are so friendly and welcoming. I love my shop on etsy but for my items that are not permitted on etsy I am using bonanzle. Feel free to visit my booth by following my bonanzle shop button.
Of course, just like on etsy I am doing too much shopping but hey....I love supporting my fellow etsians and now my fellow bonanzlers!

I must stop neglecting my blog and my sanity!
I keep myself so busy reading and visiting other blogs and being on etsy that I don't use any of my computer time for posting on my own blog.
I have also been a little preoccupied. One of my daughter's is having a rough bout with her depression/OCD again. Boy, when one of my kids are unhappy it just wipes me out. I would do anything to take that painful burden on myself so she would not have to feel it. If only I could. I don't usually blog about anything quite this personal but I figured I needed to do something theraputic for myself as well. I feel so worn down and I am so hardheaded, until her pain is gone, I will do everything I can to take it upon myself, when we all know that is pretty much impossible. Please just keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
She's so very artistic in so many ways, that it just amazes me. She's a writer, an awesome photographer, she can sketch and draw anything. She has a very keen eye for alternative fashion and can take an old pair of jeans and turn them into a complete, one of a kind, piece of art, that leaves everyone asking "Where'd you get those?! I love them" but when the deep hole of depression grabs hold and sucks her in, all of that beauty and life is put on hold and it's a terrible and hurtful shame. It breaks my heart into many pieces over and over. I told her that I love her more than anything and have big strong shoulders but inside my heart is breaking into a million pieces.
Well looks like I've gone on for much longer than I originally intended! Thanks for stopping in. For anyone who suffers from the darkness of depression/OCD please know you are not alone..NOT ALONE. God's many blessings to us all.
P.S. I can't seem to get my etsy shop filled with the hundreds of items I need to get in there because I'm too busy using my computer time to buy handmade soaps, read the forums on etsy, read everyone's blogs..neverending circle! LOL. But I love it! Stay tuned because I am seriously considering studying and learning soap making, "uh-oh...there she goes again"is what my dear, patient husband will say! I am so in love with the natural beauty and benefits of goats milk and other ingredients God has put before us!

Too much etsy shopping for me!
This photo shows Joey's reaction after his bath with vanilla bean soap from cozy moments!
Ya know...I have been trying so hard to get the hundreds and hundreds of items I need to get into my etsy shop..well, into my etsy shop. After getting my handmade vanilla bean soap from cozymoments on etsy and falling in love with it, I now realize I will only ever use handmade soaps! I keep finding myself looking in every handmade soap shop on etsy and shopping instead on filling my shop! LOL. At least I will be nice and clean when I finally get around to adding items to my etsy shop!
My grandson Joey (aka-JoeJoe the wild man) says my soap I used to bathe him smelled good enough to eat. (his exact words). So I am now wondering if handmade soap leads to handmade lotion, hand made bubble bath, handmade everything?! So look out etsy soap shop owners...here comes wvlampworkartist..not making beads but stocking up on soap! One shop to check out which will lead to others and a warning: may effect filling your etsy shop, may result in shopping instead!

Ok the fire background is now gone...
I could not stand the brightness of the fire background on my blog so it is now history! Maybe someday I'll find some soft fire for a background on my blog as I do work with fire to create my lampwork beads!

Hello everyone...
Well it looks like my fire
background on my blog
was a little bright..I have
been trying so hard to
find a background that
incorporates fire as thats
what it takes to make my beads!
No fire, no lampwork beads!
See my dad in the picture he even uses fire for
his blacksmithing and I use fire for my beads so where
in the world can a gal get a good picture of some fire/flames
that does'nt blind a person!! LOL.
HAPPY SPRING!!! I have an illness! SPRING FEVER!

Spring Fever has hit me full force!
More of my babies below
Hello! I am so behind on blogging. Posting to my own that is..
I am too busy reading everyone else's!
Since today is my (shhhh) 40th b-day, I figured
I'd post to my own blog! It's 60 degrees here
today in the mountains of WV and spring fever
has grabbed me and I love it. Thank you God for the seasons.
I have a few pics of some of my animals..they own the house,
never talk back to me (not too much anyway), and are just
a bit spoiled. Whenever an animal wonders onto my property,
they know they have found love and a home...I swear they can
smell that welcome from miles....I have more babies than
what is pictured but I figured a few at a time!
Now for my grandson..Joey..well he is boy 110%!
He was doing some monkey jumping on the bed and
crashed into the dresser and we spent last Sunday
evening in the er so he could get stitches.
Well he's so smart for 4 years old and when he
does something he does it up right. His cut was
too deep for the glue stitches they have and too
deep for the little butterfly thingey so needless
to say we had to hold him down and you know how
that story goes....He did not even cry after crashing
headfirst into the dresser!
(Grandma was right all along, he does have a hard head!)
He only said ouch that hurt. When he heard the word
stitches..well that was it...he started crying and
did not stop until he finally konked out for the night!
I raised 4 daughters and never did I know how much a
boy could be such a boy...wow!
All along the way my 2 year old grandaughter is saying
"Joejoe, it'll be alright...it'll be alright."
She had to go along as well but stayed in the waiting
area with her Aunt Jessie. She has been exclusively
breastfed since birth and must always be by Mommy's side.
(Another story!)
